Office Print Plus

Showcases css techniques to achieve complicated layout, such as hero area's background gradient, each product headline's price line, and submit button on the form.

Javascript is used to parse any parameters in the URL. If there are none, the grey box to the right of the form shows a generic contact message. If there are parameters, then the grey box shows more information. The parameters are for contact tokens used by marketing emails sent via Salesforce.com. So when a marketer or sales rep drives prospects to the landing page, the page shows the email sender's contact information.

Also uses jquery validation on the form.

The form uses pretty much the same php code I used on the paperless billing site. I worked with another developer on the team to make sure the php form was set up properly. Form results are saved to a daily csv file which is emailed to an internal team.
