Unsubscribe landing page
Client needed to update its lackluster unsubscribe page with a new design that would try to entice people to reconsider, as well as to consolidate the three steps. The team considered a lot of options that pushed the envelope, a la Groupon; however, the client felt a more restrained approach would be best.
Originally, the client and the team were opting to pare the steps down to two pages, but the third-party vendor that would host the pages and make this work said that wasn't possible.
There are only a HTML file for each of the three steps and one CSS file that drive the responsive web design approach. The designer provided a stripped-down smartphone design, and I came up with a tablet design based on the desktop version.
